And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. Revelation 15:2
Q40 Is it possible for us to imagine all the glories of the kingdom of God?
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9
Q41 Will there be any memories or sadness from this world to disturb the peace and gladness of that new world?
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: Isaiah 65:17,18
Q42 What promise has God made to the overcomer of sin and temptation?
And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. Revelation 21:4,5.
Q43 What generous and pleading invitation is given to everyone living on this earth? How will you reply?
Let him that is athirst come, And whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly.
Amen. Even so come, Lord Jesus. Revelation 22:17,20-21.
NOTE: There will be no more evil. The conflict of many thousands of years will be over and all will be gladness and peace. In thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life. Psalm 36:8,9. The world around us only offers the feverishness of stress and trouble. In heaven and the world made new, the coolness of the river of life will bubble and sparkle inviting one to drink and be satisfied and refreshed. Will you make the decision to be ready when Jesus comes, so that these blessings can be yours?
